Where did Jehovah go ?

for the many years i was mentally " in " the congregation, i equated the organisation as interchangeable with the persona of jehovah, in effect whatever the organisation said or thought, that was what jehovah thought and that was what jehovah said.... it was that simple.

so when i found out the ttatt and the cynical moves of the organisation over the years,including 1975 , the donation arrangements, the united nations, etc i was devastated and thought " where's jehovah in all of this?".

the god who i'd poured my heart out to on many occasions and who i thought was silently listening and hearing my pleas ..... was not there , .

When I was a JW I knew the answer for everything and now it is so much fun

to learn, to discover new things. For me no personal God, I deal with it, It's a fact of life.

Look at the bright side, you no longer have to worry about eternal punishment. You live

your life as it is and not relay on some imagined afterlife. You live by the rules that is

set by society because you want to respect yourself, religions have been the most

immoral forces in human history.

And where is GOD? They say that when you die you become closer to God. You damn right

you do, because you no longer exist.

My earlier years in the organization there were two ladies the wife and I were close to.

They lived together, pioneered , many studies and aided many to baptism. One study I remember

they had was a ex porno worker, she was baptized.

I told the wife one day, those two sisters are gay, and she said Oh no not in Jehovah's organization.

I was told years later they were both DF.

Now the funny thing about this, they were instrumental in aiding others into this loving organization.

I guess Jehovah works in mysterious ways.

I must admit today that some of the Arabic countries have a jail house mentality in regards

to homosexuality, the person that is doing the raping is not gay but the person that is being

raped is gay...

2 Samuel 1:23, 26-27...David states the love he shared with Jonathan was greater than what he

had experienced with women.

I Know Saul was upset because Jonathan warned David about his (Saul) intention, to have

David killed. But to use the word perverse , what's up with that.

Was Jesus disrespectful to his mother?

the famous wedding/ water into wine scene where he basically tells me mother to hop it and that he's nothing to do with her is what i am referring to.. now the wt tries to claim that this is not disrespectful and that jesus says this in a kindly manner which somehow makes it all ok. but then the wt have never been big on respecting women so this probably would make sense to them.. but the fact is that in the ten commandments the jews were commanded to respect their parents, in fact if a child was disrespectful to the parents the parents were to stone the child and... if the parents didn't the tribe were to stone them too.. so by being disrespectful towards his mother jesus was breaking gods law, by not stoning him mary and joseph were breaking gods law and by not stoning them the tribe were breaking gods law.. what do you think?

the wt's explanation of jesus's behaviour never did sit well with me.

If I had said that to my mom, my older brothers, sisters and dad would have kicked

Squatters, UK and Canada

a portland man who recently purchase a home was surprised to learn a family had moved ahead.

of him and changed the locks.

he called the police officer and he said there was nothing he could do.. he offered the occupant money to move out, without success.. squatters have rights here.. do squatters have rights in your country???

The case happen in 2014, the Portland guy had just purchase the home. He went to court and

paid money to get the folks out of his home.
